Gedeon Property Solutions is an owner-run property company based on Cortez Boulevard in Fort Pierce, Florida. Owner Magdiel Velazquez started the company to solve a problem most Treasure Coast homeowners know well: the yard needs one contractor, the driveway another, the paint a third, and the kitchen a fourth, and none of them talk to each other.
We do it differently. Our crew handles landscaping, paver patios and walkways, concrete, interior and exterior painting, pressure washing, and kitchen, bath, and general remodeling. One estimate, one schedule, one person who answers the phone. And because we are a bilingual company, every conversation happens in whichever language you are most comfortable in.
Every job, big or small, gets a free written estimate, a start and finish date, a clean site at the end of each day, and a final walkthrough before the last invoice. That is how we would want it done at our own homes, and it is how we do it at yours.
